Natural Lands is a non-profit organization that saves open space, cares for nature, and connects people to the outdoors in eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. The Real Estate Records Specialist will work closely with project managers and conservation easement program staff to provide administrative support during all phases of real estate projects and conservation easement administration. Collects and organizes all real estate related information (paper and electronic) in accordance with Land Trust Alliance (LTA) standards and oversees real estate and project tracking database. Will be expected to perform work requiring a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills.

The successful candidate will have:
o Associates’ degree with three years’ work experience with real estate transactions (e.g. title agency, real estate office, or related), Bachelor’s degree a plus;
o Demonstrated ability to organize complex data;
o Knowledge of and experience with Land Trust Standards and Practices is a plus;
o Detail oriented individual with good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain accuracy at all times;
o Database experience required (Salesforce a plus);
o Good computer skills, proficient in MS Excel and Word;
o Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and require minimal guidance;
o Demonstrated problem solving and communication skills;
o Highly motivated, responsible, reliable and dependable;
o Customer service attitude with internal and external contacts;
o Flexible when dealing with changes in work plans.
