Lead Teacher Naturalist to assist both the Education Coordinator as well as the Early Childhood Education Coordinator. They will focus on community outreach and conduct TLC environmental education programs both public and private. He/she will serve as an ambassador in the community. A strong background in environmental education and natural history is required; however, the most important attributes are genuine excitement for TLC’s mission and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Strong organizational and administrative skills along with computer literacy, and exemplary written and communication skills are vital. The Lead Teacher Naturalist will work both behind the scenes, administratively, and hands-on, educationally in the field.
