Lancaster Conservancy is seeking a skilled field technician to join our team as a full-time Land Steward. The Land Steward works with our Preserves Manager and Forester (and, at times, independently) on our nature preserves to perform routine maintenance, assist with projects, and co-lead volunteer work days. This is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time position with benefits.
