The Clarion Conservation District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Erosion & Sediment/Dirt & Gravel Road Technician. Duties include technical oversight of the District’s Chapter 102 (NPDES permitting), Clarion County’s Act 167 Storm Water Ordinance and Dirt & Gravel Road programs. Applicant must possess a working understanding of site plans, E&S best management practices and storm water management as they relate to construction and the required methodologies of the Dirt & Gravel Road Program. A minimum of an Associate’s degree in a technical environmental field such as engineering technology (civil or hydraulic) or related field is required. Work experience in these fields is required.
Salary – $35,000/employee health care/retirement
40 hours/wk
