10/31/2016

The successful candidate will allow the rest of the Department to focus on land preservation and stewardship by keeping the office running smoothly, tracking finances and submitting reports that are accurate and on time, pitching in as needed with a positive attitude, keeping their wits about them and displaying a sense of humor while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and competency.

You need to be good with numbers, ideally possessing a formal education in accounting or finance (an associates degree at least) and five years experience honing those skills in the workplace. The desired candidate will also demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to work well as part of a team, enjoy problem solving, have strong verbal and written communication as well as strong customer service skills.

A person with these attributes and a passion for preservation would be an ideal fit for the department.

A high comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite of software with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel as well as PeopleSoft software would help you hit the ground running.
