Adrienne is primarily responsible for the management of the Spring Creek Watershed’s Water Resources Monitoring Project. The position requires year-round collection and management of water quality and quantity data (including baseflow and groundwater), maintenance and analysis of rating curves for 13 stream flow stations, collection of discharge measurements at 15 stations and temperature data at 18 monitoring locations.Data collected by ClearWater and the Water Resources Monitoring Project is used in making critical water use and planning decisions in the watershed.
She is also responsible for writing annual project reports and grants, coordination of fundraising, and interaction with staff, volunteers, and a variety of public and private conservation professionals on a regular basis. She also facilitates interaction between ClearWater Conservancy and the Spring Creek Watershed Association, the Spring Creek Watershed Commission, the Centre County Pennsylvania Senior Environment Corps, and other education and outreach initiatives.
Adrienne holds a B.S. in Biology from Lebanon Valley College and an M.S. in Biology from Missouri State University with a concentration in limnology. While not at work, she enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, and fishing near her home in Mifflinburg.
