Please read these guidelines prior to registering. All registrations will be submitted online by October 30th and registrants have the option of paying by credit card, Paypal, or by check. If you do not have access to the internet, please contact us at 717.230.8560.
LATE REGISTRATION
A late registration fee of $25.00 will be applied to all registrations that are submitted after October 10, 2017.
MEALS INCLUDED
Thursday registration includes lunch, refreshment break and evening reception. Friday registration includes morning coffee/refreshment breaks, lunch and afternoon refreshment break.
FREE REGISTRATIONS
For every three board members registered, the organization will receive two additional board members registrations free. The least expensive registrations submitted by the organization will be free. Organizations that qualify for free registrations should contact Carol Grayshaw – free registrations will not be processed online. Please provide names, contact information, session selection and any additional pertinent information (e.g., dietary restrictions) to Carol. You may contact Carol at 717.230.8560 with any questions.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
3.0 Continuing Legal Education Credits (CLEs) are available for the Conservation Easement I and II sessions on Friday, November 3rd. A $25.00 fee is required at time of registration. Attorneys must also submit the necessary paperwork and payment to the PA CLE Board.

- No walk-ins. Pre-registration is required.
- Registrants are responsible for making lodging arrangements.
- If paying by check, please make payments payable to PALTA.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PALTA must receive written request for refund (to info@conserveland.org) by October 25. There will be a $25 administrative fee for ANY changes made to your initial registration, including cancellation. Cancellation requests received after October 25 will not be refunded. Non-refunded payment will not be credited towards any other service from PALTA. No-shows who have registered but have not paid are responsible for the unpaid amount and will be invoiced. Individuals who receive free registrations but do not show will be required to pay the appropriate registration fee.
