The Lifetime Conservation Leadership Award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to conservation in Pennsylvania over the course of their life & career. Since it was established in 2004, the award has honored land trust staff, volunteers, and conservation professionals for their commitment to protecting land, and for their leadership in the conservation community. Each year, PALTA solicits nominations for the award and a committee determines the winner. The award is presented in conjunction with the annual Pennsylvania Land Conservation Conference.
