PALTA Publishes Model Amendment of Conservation Easement
The Pennsylvania Land Trust Association has published the first edition of the Model Amendment of Grant of Conservation Easement and Declaration of Covenants. Guarding Easements from Mortgage Foreclosures and, if Applicable, Supporting Tax Benefits
