The Lancaster County Conservancy is seeking an outgoing and experienced individual with an appropriately diverse skill set to assist with land stewardship responsibilities.
The Stewardship Coordinator is responsible for monitoring preserves and conservation easements, performing management duties, training and leading a work crew, facilitating volunteer days, overseeing/ensuring the success of daily operations and special projects, maintaining equipment, and assisting with reaccreditation.
This is a full-time non-exempt position, offering competitive pay and benefits. Office is located in Lancaster, PA but daily field work is distributed across Lancaster and York Counties. The Stewardship Coordinator reports to the Director of Stewardship.
