The Student Conservation Association (SCA), the national leader of the youth conservation movement, is seeking a Director of Foundation Relations. As the organization approaches its 60th anniversary SCA is committed to developing innovative ways to expand its fundraising and increase its impact. As the Director of Foundation Relations you will report directly to the Vice President for Individual Giving and Foundations, oversee a staff of five, and work in close collaboration with the Senior Team to develop and implement strategic foundation fundraising goals for the organization. The Director of Foundation Relations will be responsible for building foundation relationships and raising six and seven figure donations that support all aspects of the SCA mission to protect lands and transform lives.
