Seeking an individual with at least three years of work experience in a natural resources field with previous managerial and supervisory responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be able to work closely with local governments, partnering agencies, and the public in the implementation of agricultural and urban conservation programs. Responsibilities include conservation program management, technical fieldwork, personnel management, budget development, and public relations. A college degree in natural resources, environmental science, geography, urban planning or a related field is preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a program manager or supervisor.
Starts at $43,000 commensurate with experience and includes a full benefits package.
