The Assistant Land Manager will assist The Land Conservancy for Southern Chester County (TLC) in continuing and enhancing preserve management plans, maintaining preserve infrastructure, and completion of stewardship outreach projects. This includes the management and oversight of 6 properties totaling over 300 hundred acres as public nature preserves. The Assistant Land Manager will report directly to the Land Manager and Executive Director. The working environment will involve manual labor occurring outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain. Position is part time with an average work week of 20 hours and a starting wage of $12 per hour. Some nights and weekends will be required to assist in special TLC events
