Lifetime Conservation Leadership Award
The Lifetime Conservation Leadership Award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to conservation in Pennsylvania over the course of their life & career. Each year, PALTA solicits nominations for the award and a committee determines the winner.
The Association is pleased to announce that Molly Morrison has been selected as this years recipient of the Lifetime Conservation Leadership Award in recognition of her tremendous service to the cause of conservation in Pennsylvania. Molly joins 16 other Pennsylvanians who have received this award since its inception in 2004. For more information, please see press release by Natural Lands.

Local Government Conservation Leadership Award
Bushkill Township has provided leadership in advancing the conservation of natural resources through the development of the Open Space Program, which aims to preserve and protect natural spaces within the Township. Since its inception in 2007, the Open Space Program has allowed Bushkill Township to acquire approximately 700 acres and 35 conservation easements, protecting vital and scenic natural resources.
